Prior to Neo Tangent, he has worked for over 19+ years with Genpact, Mars, Bacardi in a variety of roles including global operations and driving business transformation. Sandesh is a Certified Public Accountant from Australia and a Cost accountant from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India.
