A journey that started 5 months ago, the Mentoring program has been a crucial journey for mentees and mentors at Neo Tangent. We hosted an in-person mentees roundtable, reinforcing our commitment to professional development and cross-functional collaboration. The cohort converged to self-reflect on their progress, articulate their development, and share insights on their mentorship experience.

Our mentees shared how mentorship they are receiving has played a pivotal role in their growth. They emphasized the importance of setting structured goals, gaining confidence, and developing a broader understanding of different business functions. The conversations covered key focus areas such as People management, leveraging personal strengths, motivating teams, and enhancing customer interactions.
